Purple and Butterfly's

Hi again

It's time for a new  challenge over on Eclectic Ellapu, this week this week the theme is

shades of purple with the main focus being a butterfly or butterflies with at least one of the following, buttons, brads, ribbon or bling,

I have made a box using my Crafters Companion Ultimate pro, the image is a urban stamp from papermania, and this image is heat embossed with black embossing powder and distressed with Milled Lavender. The butterfly dies are spellbinder,a and gems are from my stash

Crafting when we can Flowers

Its time for a new challenge over on Crafting when we can, for this challenge we want to see flowers as the the theme is

My Grandma's Birthday

Hi all 

Hope all you guys in England are enjoying this wonderful weather we are having at present, 

Wanted to share a card that I have made for my Grandma she turned the grand age of 95 the other day and we spent the day at my mums and dads having a little party for her, here is my two Hannah and Joe with their Great Grandma

 Here is the card I made for my Grandma, I have gone die cut mad on this card, I have used a A4 card blank along with a image from Saturated Canary coloured in with promarkers, I nicked a few spellbinder dies from my mum ( I have given her them back so I really only borrowed them !!!!) The gazebo, bonsai tree butterfly's and the fancy rectangles are all spellbinders, flowers and fence are Memory box,

Challenges 4 Everybody and new Pens

Hi all

Its time for a new challenge over on Challenges 4 Everybody, as always its everything goes, and we are sponsored this fortnight by Lacy Sunshine 

I have treated myself to some Spectrum Noir pens, been wanting to try these pens all year and finally decided to purchase them and also Hobby Craft were doing a super offer on the pack of six pens 3 for 2 so I bought a few packs,

I have spent the last two weeks having a good play with my new pens and also completing the accreditation program that Spectrum Noir run, I got my email the other day to say that I had passed and a lovely blinkie and certificate, I am over the moon that I passed first time.

I have coloured this image form Lacy Sunshine, Bubbles Country Gal with Spectrum Noirs. The design papers are papermania, and I have used Marianne and memory box dies for the flowers and bird house

Hi all

I decided to use one of Kenny K Krash Kittenz Racy Roxie which can be found here. I have used scraps of design papers up, with the die cuts Mariana clock and spellbinder accents heat embossed with aged copper. The cog embossing folder is  papermania. brads are from my stash.

So a perfect challenge for either all you organised people who start their Christmas cards early and also all those people like me who are still making cards Christmas eve!!!! to start early, I am really pleased cause this is one made for me.

we are sponsored this time by Dr Digi House, I have used Lonely this Christmas which can be found here, and is coloured in with promarkers. My mother in-law found me this pack of Santa hat cards at the car boot and I have used Broken China distress ink and snow stamp for the background, and spellbinder blossom die.

Books and Holiday

Hi all 

Its been nearly two weeks since I last posted which I cant believe life has been so busy that I haven't got much crafting done really, but I made this card for my sister's birthday in may and never got round to sharing it with you all.

I made a book card using two fab Saturated Canary images, The Librarian, because my sister loves books and the travel light as we were going on Holiday a few days after her birthday. I have use papers from K and Company with lots of die cuts used from spellbinder, and memory box
