Morning all

Time for a new challenge over on Crafting When We Can

This fortnight we are sponsored by Some Odd Girl and the theme will be Wedding Celebrations 

Me and my hubby went to a wedding last weekend I made this card, I decided not to use a image and got . my Cricut and embossing folders out. I used the lacy labels cartridge, for the hearts and a sizzix embossing board which doesn't show up that well on the photo. I have done a pop up card using the Ultimate Pro, embossing the edges inside using the ultimate pro again.

Breast cancer awareness/Think Pink

Hi All

While commenting on some blogs I came across Dawns Crafting blog after reading her post it really made me think, and wanted to support the cause, so thought I would not only donate but share a card to spread the word about the wonderful challenge Dawn is hosting, there is some great prizes up for grabs too.

I went for think pink theme to my card, I have used copica from saturated canary, I have tried something new with the hair after watching the new you tube channel from saturated canary about tinting the bottom of hair, I have gone for pink of cause.

The design papers are from Raspberry Road Design, the butterfly's are cut from lacy labels, and the leafs Garden soup cartridge The sentiment is from a free wee stamp set from a magazine

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges

Favourite Tools

Hi all

Cant believe it is Friday already not had much time this week for making cards, but I have been coloring in images with my lovely promarkers, and finally tonight I have managed to make in to a card. The challenge over on Lili's little Fairies is to use your favourite craft tool, I have used 3 off my favourite tools,

Home Decor

Evening to everyone

While checking my followed blogs this morning I found cooking with cricut were doing a home decor blog hop, so got myself a nice cup of tea relaxed while I hopped away, I loved all the creations the design team had made and gave me the inspiration to try my own project. Would love to have tried vinyl but as i didn't have any and not where to buy local, so I decided to get my gypsy out and design a project to do with card.

After playing I came up with this wall hanging which is from the lacy labels cartridge I have mixed the layers up to suit the look I wanted, think it was cut at 5.22inches.' Home is where the heart is' is cut from gypsy wanderings  

Sorry for the photos couldn't decide which photo I liked the best due to lighting so thought i would use both hope you get the idea

White on White Challenge

Hi everyone

I have been having real problems with my Cricut, it wouldn't cut through any paper or card and i had just put in a new blade, anyway after reading up about it online i thought i would have to send the Cricut back, after i tried everything people had suggested. My Husband suggested trying another new blade which I did and it worked yeah!!!! and it has cut some great items out for me to put on my card i want to share with you tonight,

I wanted to make this card to enter it in the white on white challenges over on Passion for Promarkers and I LovePromarkers. I thought this would be really hard to do and was up for a challenge, but I really enjoyed trying out different ways of completing a card with no colour.

Daughters first Challage Card

Hi all
My 10 year old daughter has been asking to put a card on my blog since i started and she wanted to enter some challenges, so tonight she has made a lovely Easter card. Her school are doing a Easter craft competition so this card also will be taken to school tomorrow. Hannah loves my Cricut machine so used the create a critter cartridge  to make the rabbit and chicken, and made her own flower using a punch. anyway her is her card
