Slider Card

Hi all
I was looking at the sketch over on Die Cutting Divas, and thought about a taking this sketch and doing a slider card. This seemed like a good idea but it took a few goes to get it right. I have used a rectangle from the gypsy wanderings and welded 2 together for the slider, kept getting the wrong size to be able to use 2ps for the slider but got there in the end.

There is a lot of mothers day challenges at the moment and because it has already been in the UK I have made this card for a super special Lady in my life my 93 year old Grandma, I have used the colour blue as it is her favorite colour

I would like to enter into the following challenges

Buzzing Bees

Hi to all
I love my cricut only had it since February so still new to it all but I have been having a good play with it again tonight, and have really enjoyed myself.

I have made this card due to the photo inspiration over on die cuttin divas, i have never tried flowers with the cricut and thought this was a perfect opportunity to try.

I have used create a critter cartridge for the garden animals and some of the flowers, and Tim Holtz tattered leaves die. All card stock from my stash and the label shaped card blank is something i have had for ages and forgot i had.

I kept seeing people making images wobble on their cards, but had forgotten how they had said they had done, so my husband suggested to use a strip of acetate and fold in to shape, which did the job on the two bees. I have tried to take good photos of the bees but they haven't come out that well, but i hope you get what i have tried to do.

Anyway here is the card
