Time for a new challenge over on Crafting When We Can

This fortnight we are sponsored by Some Odd Girl and the theme will be Wedding Celebrations 

Me and my hubby went to a wedding last weekend I made this card, I decided not to use a image and got . my Cricut and embossing folders out. I used the lacy labels cartridge, for the hearts and a sizzix embossing board which doesn't show up that well on the photo. I have done a pop up card using the Ultimate Pro, embossing the edges inside using the ultimate pro again.

Brown Sugar Freebie

Hi all

Over on Brown Sugar this week the theme is 

Use a Freebie 

I have used a freebie from Birds Cards, I stumbled on this website while looking for a image with a scene on it, I had a order for a male 60th card, they didn;t want cute or cars, so when a spotted this ship image I thought this would work, Check the site out there is lots of images sentiments and svg files and they are all free.

I have kept the card simple using papers with a ship related theme which you cant see that well on the picture. I am sure you all have a free image in your collection so this challenge should be really easy.

Love boats

Hi all

Its my 3rd post of the day, I had 2 orders for anniversary cards, I decided to to use the cute love boat image from LOTV, The papers are from raspberry road designs, and I finally bought some Karft card the other day so both card have this on them. The buttons on the bottom card are from a huge stash from my Grandma that she has had for years so there is some fantastic old buttons in this collection

I have used Papermanina capsule papers and a sizzix embossing folder with the ribbon lace and gems from my stash. The sentiment is from a great little site I found with lots of free digital images and sentiments the site is called Birds Cards, I stumbled on it looking for some scenic images I have an order to make a scenic card for someone and was trying to get some ideas, will share it when i have it finished.

Brown Suagr # 9

Hi

I am sure the weeks are getting faster!!! soooo busy at work and with all the flooding in north Yorkshire it has made it take twice as long to get anywhere, which has left very little time for crafting at the moment, which I hate, but I now have 3 days off so hopefully I will get some time in between cleaning and ironing

Anyway its Friday so its time for another weekly challenge over on Brown Sugar this time we are sponsored by

The theme this week is Come Sunday the DT got to use images from the Come Sunday section, I decided that I would use Sunday Suit, I have coloured the image in using a range of brown promarkers, then get the monochrome theme going in the papers and flower.

My Mother in Law had all the paper flowers in a tub not using them, so she kindly gave them to me, there is loads off different flowers in there, I got so excited that she gave them to me, it was like Christmas!!!!!
